Hi …I literally did this job (replaced flywheel oil seal, clutch, clutch plate and thrust bearing), during the last week. It would have been easier with an alignment tool - which I’ve subsequently ordered but …without it , its a question of aligning everything manually. Easier with two people , align by sight whilst the other tightens the clutch bolts. Literally no shakes (but using tool would have been easier as I say). What are they a fiver …

Great video. Isn’t it easier to just align the clutch disc and plate since the start with the clutch pilot tool that’s so widely available?

You can of course use the clutch pilot tool, this is down to user preference.
