Right so you're going to want to get the Vivace macro, check out my Beginner's guide I talk about both Senya and Vivace in there. Going for muscle and stamina you'll get a lot of TP very quickly.

Do you get less gains with really quick strikes when you're doing strike power training? I notice that fatigue gain is slower when my macro goes really fast
Yeah you're going to need that temporary muscle so you can get some big boy stamina. And if you're super short I recommend a speed style like Boxing, but ultimately you should pick what you're best with which comes with experience and experimenting.

For pretty much every lean style, your endgame stats are probably 3k sp and around 800-1000 ss. That doesn't need to be overnight though so work up to it
I’m at 2k stamina right now, but I heard that if u got a lot of runningspeed it will be hard to train stamina. Do you know how much runningspeed I could get to not slow down my stamina gain till 3k?
im at 140 upperbody muscle and 250 stamina should i keep training stamina or train more muscle because iam running out of stamina very quickly it also takes very long to regen stamina
idk what your lower is but if you'd follow the guide you'd know you're going to need 400 total muscle, so likely 200 upper and lower. Once you've got that you should comfortably be able to train to 1k stamina.

the majority of it stands true except stamina and running speed training. you should just barely run out after each session on the treads. you can increase ur stamina drain with equipment, muscle, and fat in order to do so
If you have 100-1000 stam try to stay at around 400tm, if you're going for 1000-3000 go to 800tm, once you go from 3000 to max just bump up to 1500tm. You kinda just gotta use stat checkers often to keep track of muscle. For the most part you should just want to have barely enough stamina to finish the treadmill session in one go without stopping.
is it absolutely necessary for me to train allat muscle just to get 3000-4600 stam or can i just get like 400 total muscle and chill there for my whole stam arc

I personally am a dedicated Mika so I won't spin off but they do keep nerfing Mikas so either they will keep nerfing it and it'll be bad, in which case I'm gonna spin off it but it may be seeing a buff soon so I'm waiting for that
If you want to stay lean I'd chill out at like 311 TM but if you wanted to go over a little a safe place to stop is 390. Anything past that is pretty much muscle build territory.
Yeah you'll want to have high stats. General consensus is having higher stats is better, so I'd train like the guide says to. optimal stats are 3k SP, 700-1000 SS, Max Dura, Max Stamina, Muscle depends on what you prefer, RS is also pretty based on preference but 2k is really fast

I didn't do that because builds change a lot with every update. It helps to watch other people and see what's currently meta

use Jaw Breaker as a stun instead of side kick and if you want some good boxing moves take Jab Rush and Gazelle Punch.

i get boxing and i was so short, but i got yolotall and im tall now, idk what to do. (i already have side kick and jab rush)

Muscle increases the gains from pressing the buttons on treads. Fat gives you more gains from the running in place part

Dragon Claw is no longer usable, substitute it with Gazelle Punch or whatever safe moves you enjoy using. Also replace Side Kick with Leaping Monkey
