Us sanctions on oil destroyed Venezuela's ability to take care of its people. Savage puppet governments that the US government installed repeatedly in Central America countries, that brutalized their people and mismanaged government resources and allowed Us multi national corporations to extract the country's resources are America's responsibility. The faster they can get these migrants working and earning their keep by contributing to the economy the better off New York and America will be. Migrant rates have skyrocketed and they have even repealed laws used by states and ice to deport people. In 2019 there were around 900,000 illegal border crossings, in 2022 there were 2.7 million. I saw a video of a different Country assist a individual that was a Businessesman (Farmer) when he went to renew his visa. He had over stayed 3 months. He came up with excuses that was filled with shady lies. Therefore that particular Country denied him and said he could not come back again for 10 years.

It doesn't make any sense, they could create the legal means to increase asylum applications/processing so that people could come into the country safely, but no. They would rather have tens of thousands of woman and children get trafficked into the country by the cartels through some of the most inhospitable terrain.
