now I know how the capsule is made.. fantastic.
The video is NOT just how the liquid gelatin part of the capsule is formed, it shows how the physical structure of the gelatin AND vitamins is made.
Unless I'm mistaken--it's easy to miss in this video--the gelatin is made, then MIXED WITH the vitamins to make a vitamin/gelatin squishy, capsule-shaped object, which is then sprayed with an oily coating that dries to form the firm, outside skin.

Leon00717 I thought that was this vid would be about . Ive searched this up and read a article from someone who tried to get answer from vitamin companies but what shutdown by all of them . How its made is pretty secretive. But far as i know they make the vitamin/minerals from very off sources like coal and other odd sources .
Jordan Davis Vitamins are chemical substances. If they were to be extracted from fruits, meats or veggies it'd be a huge waste of food. It's better to make them in a lab, like we do with artificial flavoring. That's probably how they make vitamins.

But nah, they have a machine that rolls the molten gel into its shape on two sides, pumps in the machine pump the solution of whatever it is inside the gelatin as it rolls and is pressed together while hardened but still malleable and it seals the cavity where the solution was pumped through. Also the gelatin isn’t vegan friendly lol

How do they source the main vitamin ingredient? Is it natural or synthetic source? Whats the amount of the vitamin added in mg?
This video just showed how the "capsule" or soft gel of the vitamin is made. Not the vitamin itself.

Would have liked to learn about the earlier steps in the process. Like, a few examples of where vitamins come from and what’s the process for extracting or produced them. Wait. Are vitamins extracted from something? I feel like I know less about how vitamins are made after watching.

These are one of those thing we consume that we will never know if it really has the exact content as advertised.
I worked at natures bounty in Bohemia and I actually met Banvinda because she was plant manager at the plant I worked at. Fun fact she even helped me lift a pallet onto a stack.
Those vitamins are made of corn oil and soybean oil and a bunch of different things... you’re not actually getting that vitamin. Try to get vitamins that are whole plant based (look at the ingredients). I took regular vitamin D capsules and they made me feel more sluggish than actually helping me. Just a thought!

Once they're ready, they'll pull that pallet and bring it into the room, and then just literally follow a recipe.
The recipes could tell them mix for 10 minutes, wait for five, add this ingredient, wait for five minutes.

If they put 1% of the full vitamin and mineral chart in all the commercial stuff like chips, drinks, so little we wouldnt taste it but over the span of a week we got a modest amount of all kinds of ones we sometimes dont even consume for days if you have a poor diet do you guys think it would benefit us?
