One would never know that these beautiful pieces came from an old, outdated entertainment center! You're very talented, and how nice it must be to have all those tools and a big workshop.

I love them both! The only thing I would do differently is maybe add some bun feet in a natural wood finish to the apothecary cabinet too! But like I said absolutely beautiful! ❤️❤️❤️

I was thinking some simple short legs.
I definitely think it needs to set up off the floor just a little bit. About 6 inches would be great. Otherwise, it is beautiful just like everything she does! 👍🏻😊

Yes, some kind of feet or legs but I think I would hang it on the wall, as is. Love it.

Hi Mary ~ These are wonderful ! No I couldn’t do that, but I love watching you do all of this. Love the Buffet with the little open space under the top and those legs….love them in the wood tone ! Then the Apothecary Cabinet, how sweet is that !
I do thank God daily for the amazing gifts and blessing He has given people. He gave you this gift of seeing items used in amazing ways ! Not everyone has that gift. We are to share those gifts with others and you do….whether it is someone purchasing your items or watching you create. I find such joy and peace watching you. You are a blessing for sure !
    I pray you have a blessed week ! 🙏🙏

The new pieces of furniture are beautiful. The green color is reminescent of the green paint used in the 1920's. My preference would be to paint the legs of the buffet white. One would never guess what piece of furniture the two new pieces were made from. ❄️❄️☃️❄️❄️

    Beautiful work, as always!
I bought a 3piece 6'-8" unit ($5 ea @ Goodwill!), I've turned one into a twin XL Captain's bed frame, using the concealed pull-out door for access to storage.
The second is now a permanent coat closet w/a louvered bi-fold door next to sliding patio door.
The third one (I'll add peg holes) will be used w/shelves for garage storage.
I am so pleased w/the end results!
At 73, you're never to old to learn: I got many tips & courage from your channel!! Thank you Mary, you are a wonder 😍

Someone gave my mom a quilting hoop made out of cherry wood. It’s large. Thought I might want it to do something with. It’s Amish made from Ohio. I was thinking of just hanging it on the wall with a piece of my great grandmothers quilt. Do you have any ideas?
I needed this video today. This is exactly what I want for my second bedroom being turned into a library room. Just love it Mary. You’re so creative.
The bleed through or bubbling may be eliminated if you use a stain blocker primer, and a sanding, like Zinnsser Bin or another. I’ve had to do that. Have a blessed day Mary.

I love this makeover. These big old entertainment centers are just outdated and nobody wants them. It seems like I can always find them for free. LOL. I love the two projects that you made out of these. The legs on the buffet looked great. I love that you used posts from an old bed that would otherwise probably get thrown out. I hadn’t thought of separating the piece the way you did. And then to just add some icing on the cake…. Making the little apothecary cabinet out of the other pieces was so good. I love both of these pieces.

They are both beautiful!!! The apothecary cabinet would also look great with little legs on it but I love it as is!

Wow! No one would of guessed that those 2 pieces were once all one. Fantastic , creative idea you did there. Love how you added those legs n leaving them natural wood. The Apothecary really so cute n I’m so much like you when it comes to a certain color of green. I’ve done that so many times. In fact I loved the color I mixed up one time n took a patch to the paint store n had them mix me up a pint. They we’re kind to do that for me.
When I saw you spray painting towards the end of video. I was sure someone was going to have a comment about you not having your mask on but you remembered n you put it on. I just don’t feel comfortable when people make such negative comments. They don’t even know that person personally but still have to make negative comment. I would never do that. I know you said you don’t take it to heart but I sure do.
I know those pieces you just finished will sell quickly. There are such nice pieces n will look great in any home.
God has truly blessed you with a wonderful talent.

Mary the way you envision things and bring them to life always amazes me. I like both pieces but I have to say when I saw the Apothecary cabinet completed in green with the decal, I just love the look of that! I could see it placed in a nice spacious bathroom. Well done!

You just keep amazing with your given talent to make two more beautiful pieces! I so enjoy watching your work in progress. I love the green and always love the white. Not finishing the legs set the whole piece.

I’m so glad to see creators repurpose high-quality yet outdated furniture to extend the life of these pieces, especially for waste reduction. I am so glad that you were able to redesign the entertainment center. Amish-crafted furniture is ALWAYS top quality, and it’s almost always made of solid wood.

I have a entertainment stand just like this one only made out of oak. I was going to tear it about n just use the wood for something else. Thanks for the great idea. 👍
