Test driving a 2022 Dodge Durango R/T with low mileage and a great price! Come with me on the test drive and help me decipher through my thoughts on purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT or Durango R/T.
I test drove a new mustang, new camaro ss, scat pack, then i test drove the rt durango, i was sold instantly, still just as sport and nice as those other cars but 4wd and spacious. No regrets on my 24 rt
It all depends on your situation and what you do with your life, I have a RT I did have a SRT but I needed a daily driver and also like money wise so the RT is better with that and obviously newer the new features you get on a newer car the 5.7 is still fast and sounds good it just won’t beat any srt or any race car
I feel that fs, I have my bmw which is pretty much paid off so I have the second vehicle checked off already. With that being said I think SRT is the move
You are definitely right about the value in the newer Durango vs an older the Jeep SRT & even a older Durango SRT. I just traded my 16 Jeep SRT for a 21 Durango RT, thought about a 18 Durango SRT but had 64k miles & they wanted 40k. When a 21 RT was 37k with 30k miles still under warranty & had all the new features! Only rhing you really miss is the extra power when you step on it but with a few little updates, the RT is right there!
I rather go with the 5.7 hemi and build my own extra 100 hp i have a Jeep grand cherokee 2017 with the 5.7 hemi and its about the same price as the Durango its just all about what you want and what your going to do with it but it makes it a lot more funner when you make it your own i made my jeep a grand cherokee R/T and added the mods to beef up the horse power on mines and i love it
@Andrel.Correa K&N air breather, SRT throttle body, muffler and resonator delete, and paddle commander for faster throttle response all total i think i spent about $ 1'300
If you get the Durango RT at least get the Tow and go Package it has everything srt exhaust brakes tuning suspension drive modes 370hp instead of 360hp on standard rt. Trust me it’s better it’s a srt just with 5.7
You just completely convinced me bro.. thank you. Durango rt is way too tough for the right price

The decision is so hard, Thanks for this comment I appreciate that perspective
You're welcome! Jeep is good value if it's just you and maybe a partner, but if you have kids or planning to have kids, Durango all the way!
I miss mine
I love my 14 rt durango
That haircut is 🔥🔥🔥… who’s ur barber

What mods did you add to it? and how much would you say it cost you?

oh wow thats really not bad at all, was that including the labor?
so even a jeep 5.7L Hemi could be the best option its right in between all @jaybigg_theboss_whipz
I did most of my mods myself except for the exhaust I just did a muffler delete it cost me about $100
