Just think about the conversion rate and what feels right. 1 call in 10 clicks is a 10% conversion rate. If that's in line with other campaigns, then that's likely right, but if other campaigns have a conversion rate of 1%, you'll likely need closer to 100 clicks before getting the first call. I know that's not a specific answer, but hopefully it helps!

Yes. If you have negative keyword lists set up in your Shared Library, you can apply them to call only campaigns.
