Hi! My baby is 15 weeks today and she has almost always slept between 20 and 25 minutes we get 1 or 2 of longer naps once and a while but usually closer to 20 minute naps. We got your newborn course since day 1. She goes to sleep easy thanks to you guys but doesn't stay asleep 😢

Hey there, Santiago! Congrats on your sweet little one! Could you copy/paste this to our support team at support@littlezsleep.com? We would LOVE to help you during this 3-4 month time, as 15 weeks old is on the brink of sleep cycles maturing and its likely your little one needs a schedule adjustment! 💛 Thank you!!!

Wait! Did you say feeding before sleep can cause short naps??!!

She said "feeding FOR sleep can cause short naps". This means that if the baby uses the feeding (bottle or breast) to fall asleep, then they might need that assistance again to fall back to sleep when they are changing sleep cycles (sleep assistance).

You can feed your little one before sleep, as long as they are WIDE awake and not drowsy on the feed. We just don't want to feed in order to get them to sleep.
