Almost one shot walk from the room to the beach, may be all you need to see for the first time view. The hotel has a beautiful interior and it's evident that it's in a new neighborhood where construction is taking place, in 10 years it will certainly be unrecognizable here. From the room, you can take the elevators to the ground floor, from where you can then go to the reception, hotel restaurant, beach or the Marassi shopping center which is directly connected to the hotel. On the ground floor, there is relatively strong air conditioning, but in the rooms you can turn it off or adjust it as you wish without any problems. Be careful not to turn off the hot water, it's the same switch as for the light and it's easy to get confused. On the beach, there is a classic beach service where you always get clean towels, even several times a day if needed. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach, depending on which hotel building and floor you are coming from.
