It depends on individual brushes, for example the flat top foundation brush from PAC blends exceptionally good. Plume also has some good brushes, like their blush brush and powder brush. You have to know what you need and purchase according to that.

I like the PAC 234 brush to blend my cream blush. It's a bit more precise than a flat top foundation brush.
