Man this knife is a piece of art. How everything comes together the micro machining. It's just a stunning knife all over, might not be everybody's cup of tea but I think most knife collectors can appreciate the work that went into making it.
It really is a wild design. Not something I’d carry every day, but I’d definitely own one. I’d prefer to daily an Arius, Norseman, modded xn18 or a CRK for the price though. I miss my small sebebza tanto and my zaan. Both were damn well built and ate up the hard use.
Honestly ZT needs to step up their game and get with the times. I feel like they’re stuck in 2015 and can’t figure out how to update their line up. If they came out with a ZT Strider I’d scoop it up in a heartbeat. I want them to succeed but I haven’t seen anything since the 0562 Ti that made me consider buying a knife from them.
Amazing knife and amazing video but you should stop worrying about what people say in the comments so much and just do your thing, or take comments off completely cause sometimes you rant to much about people and their comments, there’s always gonna be trolls in the comment section that’s just TH-cam and nothing you can do about that but keep up the good work I love your channel!!
Appreciate the work that went into this knife. Definitely a collector piece. That perfect copper line is amazing. Machine time to do those details justifies the price.
This really is a great knife, but it is just a collector's piece. I got my hands on one of these at a gun show a couple years ago. It's far more impressive up close and in hand. This and the 0454 were always my favorite limited edition ZT's. I used to love ZT and still carry my 0560BW every day, but their new stuff just doesn't excite me at all.

I’ve had a 0301 for years now and love it. Just bought a 0350 just to carry for work realizing it’s the same price as it has been for a long time. I think I like the older ZT knives also haven’t liked much of the new.
I got aced out when I tried to buy one in the minute they first went on sale. I was upset and really wanted one so I bought it on the secondary market. Yes, I paid a lot but I'm glad I have one. If you could find one now, they are selling for a lot more than the $1300 I paid for mine.
I have a ZT 0561 Elmax Hinderer that I bought close 15 or so years ago and I love it. I am usually a sub $100 knife buyer, but I couldn't pass up the ZT. I have no idea what it may be worth today. I think I paid around $250 for it.
I like Kai-USA's older stuff a lot more as well. Both Kershaw and ZT. I don't think it's coming back because they probably make more money selling blackwash poop knives to people who use them as prybars.
It's weird, because so far as esthetics go, it seems Kershaw is trying to mimic this general style a little, with the hard angles and different materials, just a little wild overall... But the look of many of those just bother me. Lol they look super cheap to me. Where as this, which is visually not all that different, just looks fantastic. Idk why, I can't seem to justify it in my head. Lol but I'd love to handle one.

Don't wanna start a war here but...😅 If you know what this is... you know. If you can touch it, then ok, you get it. But just from looking at it, for me.... it's a bit over the top optics wise. Like a "cheap" knive that wants to look extra cool on the shelf... Sorry but that's what I see. But as I said... totally different if you know what this is😅😂

I bought this as soon as it came out, sits right beside my Todd Begg Bodega.
I have the 0999 and the Todd Begg Beggatti. Both are jaw dropping awesome.
I miss this era of ZT. They’d just did pretty ambitious stuff then, now they hardly release a sprint run.
I see a lot of this knife in the WE Arrakis. Yet, the Arrakis didn’t sell - at less than half the price, despite having superior blade steel.
