Something most others might not love as much as me! I am still waiting for a Weller Sicard piece. I just feel someday one will find me!!
Catching up on vids. That piece is absolutely amazing. Glad you rescued it from being melted. That is a piece of history that needs to be preserved. It makes you wonder if family overlooked it in the drawer and then the estate sale people did as well. It was meant for you to have it.😊
Listening to your explanation of this beautiful medal brought out so many emotions for me , especially with everything going on in the world. The value of course is amazing but I can imagine what the person receiving it felt like! War is ugly, what did he feel at that moment did he remember the devastation? Dead soldiers and civilians? It's a shame that it was tucked away in a drawer, please display it as if it's more than gold! Thank you! You are great!!
