Rockstar won't do shit bully has a massive problem in pc long time ago and they knew and didn't fix it cus they hate bully they didn't fix the pc version if they did for mobile they probably would just release another game and not do shit to bully just do Smth ur self at this point get an old phone

So instead of fixing them, they released the definitive editions on android and I had to pay for them all over again. I mean, technically they supposedly fixed the original android ports, but I tried them and they were horrible. Couldn't even use a controller with them anymore. So I opted for the definitive edition (which is bs you can't even make a custom radio station anymore. How does taking away features make it definitive?l

@@OdianosenGreat-p9p listen install a split screen app and then go to Fv and click multi tasking it'll open a files tab go to tabs and go back to fv and click multi tasking again then enable ur split screen and what this does is makes u have 2 tabs of files enable split screen choose first tab of files and other tab of files and all done
For android you will need a REALLLYYY good phone and download winlator and also u will need to install resident 4 before doing anything it'll work 20 fps if winlator no good for u try exagear or ps2 emulator or you emulator there's not a way to play with no emulator on android these all methods are offline but they work
