Hi Anindya,
seems the display is damaged that is the reason it is showing mirror image ..
You have 2 option - if atleast you are able to see the readings than please continue using it , or else you need to buy a new one if oximeter is not in warranty period

Substitute ink maine jab bhi use kiya he , Cartridge se bas leakage hi hua he.
Par phir bhi agar aapko substitute ink chahiye toh sayad needle company ka acha rehta he .. par leakage nahi hoga iski guarantee nahi he

I have never done that , but one of my friend is an electronics engineer , he has made his own PO at home which I guess cost him around ₹300-400 ... Since it's made in home to cover he used is made of cardboard
