Something very curious I love is the fact of seeing translated game names after so long. If you are english you might not know, but since 10 years ago the name of the games werent translated, so for instance Paper Mario Color Splash is called liked that everywere, while TTYD can be called La Puerta Milenaria or the translated name. Glad they kept the translated name.
Some new additions from this footage that's notable: Hooktail retains the same dialogue/guliefulness as in the original game. Bosses will have a "slow-motion" animation when defeated, alongside rewarding the player with coins. There'll probably be unique victory themes when win against a main boss. I love all of these changes so far!
I definitely like the coin bonus. Especially since shop prices have gone up but even in the original I felt the game was stingy on the coin rewards in general
About the dialogue from the og game part: If by og you mean Japanese GameCube version you would be kinda right, as, from English footage is saw, her weakness has been changed from cricket to frog
I like it how Kooper nervously stands when he's idle but appears to muster courage whenever he selects his attack. That's character development, even within gameplay! I could be wrong, but I don't think that detail was on the GCN copy.
@@shrobbyy NINTENDO LOVE THEIR STUPID OK WITH NO EXP AND SHOWER COINS AFTER BOSS Im really afraid that nintendo ONLY doing this coz TTYD did so well on gamecube and after this they will go back to no EXP points

I agree with you i love that they added that coin bonus gag in the remake as long as we still get exp i'm fine with that change imo, definitely gonna make buying better badges easier, that's way better than the og game already imo.

Looks like you get coins for winning boss battles now! I mean it makes scenes, why should regular battles give coins but not boss battles? I'm ready to buy this game when it comes out! 🥰

I’m rather sad they didn’t keep the crowd screams for Hooktail’s suprise eating of the Toads. It helped sell the shock of it all.
I can still kind of hear it maybe? Just quieter. Not sure

It wasn't. There's loads of new expressions for the characters now to make them more lively.
That’s also not Kooper, that’s Koops! Kooper was the partner from Paper Mario N64.
