ALL his tracks are bananas from 2Pac to Biggie to Gang starr. There's not one seriously not one bad track from this man! And he had to bring it using the tool of choice..SP1200..Respect!!

One of my all time favorite producers in HipHop. Him, Prince Paul, RZA, Hank Shocklee/the Bomb Squad, Howie Tee, Just Blaze, Audio Two, DJ Premier, Pete Rock, and Marley Marl just to name a few are some of the greatest East Coast HipHop producers ever in my book.
This man is imho one of the greatest to ever touch the sp12 💯. I would have killed to see his sampling process, but I completely understand and respect why that wasn’t shown. I’ll be on my S2400 for the rest of day, so inspiring to anyone who’s grown to love that sound.
What more would you think there is to see here tho ... Turntable to mixer to SP...then some chopping. He didn't really do anything to the sounds beyond what you heard while he was going through the record and sampling into the SP

Because it's a 12-Bit sampler. Being less than the CD quality 16-Bit, it gives a grainy, dirty, warm sound. Nothing like it in the world.
