I have one of the original Expedition models. I really like it. This is nice too. They went for a design that is more in line with there other models. The Version 1 has more of a simple compressor- style case and a more conventional field watch dial.
Unfortunately, it lost the display caseback and the compass markings on the Bezel.
This is a super neat watch. The short strap is fine. A long tale is anywhere not needed. I think they have done a really good job on designing this watch.
It looks a lot like my techne goshawk, this might be more next watch as I want a hacking movement like this sw. Is the SW transferable to a miyota 90xx or an ETA 2824?
It looks so nice, my type of watch but too expensive for my budget.
Thank you for the review. I see that you and other reviewers are leaving the top crown unscrewed after you adjust the bezel, and then edit in the next clip after you've screwed that bezel back down off camera. Does the bezel rotate backward and away from the desired setting while screwing that crown back down?
Wow. I have to be honest, I didn’t even realize that I did that. No, on this model, the inner bezel is not sloppy like some, so setting it and screwing back down the case isn’t much of an issue. Apologies for that, I will have to pay better attention in future reviews with dual crowns. Working with a new setup and format these days, so hopefully I do not do it again.

Such a nice watch. With that much "tail" left, I'd simply remove one of the keepers.
For size perspective purposes, tell us how big your wrist is. If it were me and I planned to keep the watch, I’d cut off that moveable keeper.

No need to cut. Just take off the strap or buckle and slide one off the strap.

This watch is not worth the money, dont waste your $ look at the Citizen Promaster Tough at Amazon for $230 puts this watch to shame! Built like a tank, Sapphire Crystal Echo Drive, no batteries. Remember this dude gets payed to give a positive review.
