In this video i am showing you the other telesin neck mount. The other one is magnetic and has a way to turn the attachment sideways to record vertical.
The version that i purchase is called the SE and it does not have magnet attachments or turns vertical. For that reason i am adding some customizations to make the mount stable and for it to have stronger magnets than the other mount.

How is it different from the previous one which was gray? Is the SE newer and better?

The gray one has the magnetic mount which you can turn clockwise to get vertical shots. Also you can use it as a tripod because the neck material can be bent and it should hold its shape to be used for that.
SE only has one position mount.
Better would depend on what you want it for. The way I customized it I can use it vertical or horizontal.
