@@lvelez1999 There several videos here on youtube....first of all, you'll need a cheese press. I used a small tofu press I found on line (The river in Brazil) that'll work for half gallon batches. I made the ricotta myself. Milk , salt and vinegar is all the ingredients.
@@lvelez1999 Oh... ricotta salata is a hard cheese made from ricotta. Usually used for grating.... Lidia mixed it into her ricotta stuffing, in case you missed it.
