* How to be prepared for the session (fundamental aspects): 3:21
- always be ready with pen and book
- always keep your video on when attending the session through zoom
- cleanse your aura by taking shower and wear washed set of clothes
- be sincere (for your own learning) and be obedient (for your own self)
- clean the place where you sit for attending the session
* How to ask questions: 6:50
- write down the question
- questions should be scientific and useful
- it should help in your own progress and also others progress
* Diet (detox diet): 8:50
- two meals a day and drink plenty of water
- eat fruits in between the food when you are hungry
- everyday one cooked meal of your choice (your favorite veg food without garlic)
- second meal should be raw or boiled vegetables/ salads/ soups/ fruits
- eat half stomach
- eat mindfully (enjoy, relish, eat with gratitude)
- 12 hours gap between meals

- health depends on Prana Shakthi, vital life force energy

- Self healing happens when your focus is on enlightenment
- do your Dharma, everything will fall into its place
- when the focus is on enlightenment and not on healing, then permanent healing happens naturally

- do journaling
- practice mouna (silence)
