I have apply for opportunity card and got 6+ points. My university and degree is recognised in Germany. They are saying that “you can head over to your Embassy and apply”. What does it mean? Is it necessary to take appointment for it first? I’m confused here.
Of course you need to make an appointment. Choose right category and then book an appointment. Keep in mind the waiting time.

You need recognition of everything. If some degree is not recognised then you should get it done through ZAB.
Plz clarify only blocked account with 12000 euro is compulsory for opportunity card. Can we apply for this card with some minimum amount in blocked account and remaining amount show in our current account
You block the amount for the required duration of visa.

B2 is for German language, not English.

Your degree needs to be attested by ZAB Germany. HEC attestation is not enough.

You need recognition of your degree. That has to be done by another platfrom.

My university is showing H+ and when I go search my degree it is also showing by the name "Bachelors in Electrical Engineering" but if I click on NED "+" icon and scroll down to see the degree names there my degree doesn't show up? I checked for you. Somehow your degree is not recognised. You need to get equivalence certificate for your degree.

Because there is not much difference between these two. When you are offered job, job seeker visa is converted to work visa without an issue.

If its a HEC recognised institute then get equivalence certificate for Germany. I think it may be regarded as vocational training.

I have a 2-year Bachelor's degree in Arts from Punjab University Lahore, which is a recognized university in Germany with an H+ status. I have 13 years of work experience in Finance and Administration and am currently working as a Junior Manager Finance and Administration in a public limited firm in Pakistan.
However, I need some clarification. When I search for my degree title "Bachelor of Arts 2 years" under the "Search for Degree" option, it does not appear. But, when I search through the "Search by degree Type" option, it shows "Bachelor of Arts" in the Degree Title.
Could you please help me determine if I should apply for the same program?

Our bachelor programs in Germany are 3 years.
So I would guess a 2 year bachelor would probably only get partially recognised.
But if you have enough points, you can apply for the visa with that as well.

You need recognition of your university degree. That will determine equivalence of your degree in Germany.
Other than that, your work experience will provide you enough points and you will be able to apply for skilled workers visa.
English language course B2 or German language course A1 nessary ?
German is good to have, not necessary. Its B2 German.

When you check your uni and degree, you will know if its recognised in Germany or not. Regarding practicing medicine, you need to pass exam in Germany which can be done easily if you know German language.

You need degree recognition from HEC. Regarding funds, if you don't have money then you can't apply for job seeker work visa. You need to apply and get a job in Germany. That will require efforts from your end.

In the link for appointments, there is an option for job seeker visa as well as opportunity card. Queue is long and that's something not good from Pakistan

You need to block account in German bank as you are looking for German visa.
If visa is not approved, you can show rejection letter to get your money back at once.
