    I love how Sir David's curiosity as child shaped his incredible career. Truly shows how small moments can lead to lifelong pursuits!

    David Attenborough it's not only the world's greatest nature narrator but such an intelligent man who seen so much. I have the highest respect for him and enjoy everything he narrates much more then other narrators. He tells a story like no one else... I'm guessing he's about 100 years old now. Last I heard he was 99, but, I just Googled it and Google says David Attenborough is 98 years old now somebody misinformed me but it doesn't matter he has all his faculties and is brilliant❤

    Sir David Attenborough definitely influenced my lifelong career in wildlife conservation in the Caribbean. I'm finally along with my brother on the cusp of realizing the dream of our first ever wildlife video documentary for my island home of Saint Lucia! We've lots of interesting species to share with the world.❤

      I have heard such wonderful things about Saint. Lucia- my parents were lucky enough to visit and it holds a special place in their hearts. Would love to see documentaries from your home- blessings and best wishes

    Its odd. As a small child, I saw him as an older looking gentleman, but now that I'm older and gray myself, I see his vibrance and youthfulness, still! Good Blessing's always be to Sir David Attenborough; a world's treasure among this earth 🙏

    Ive adored Sir David for as long as I can remember. His conservation and education efforts are wonderful, and while he always sounds so poised and intelligent, he never sounds condescending or arrogant. He has never lost his curiosity and sense of wonder of the world around us. While I obviously don't know him personally, hearing him speak makes me think of a favorite teacher.

    Sir David's influence, over the decades he has worked as a naturalist, is beyond compare. DA and Jane Goodall are both still active in conservation and travel many miles each year speaking about our planet and working on various films. Their contribution to the conservation of our planet home is immeasurable. I have the utmost respect for them both. 🌎

    As a Charnwood Forest native (as seen in many of my videos), Sir David is a huge inspiration for me. Bradgate Park should be a mecca for all naturalists, it truely is a magical landscape.

    My goodness, I keep worrying about how much longer we've got Sir David with us - but, even though the man is nearly 100 years old, I swear he doesn't look older than 70 here!

    His brother opened an ill-fated wildlife park on an island off the coast of Costa Rica. Spared no expense.

    1:03 I knew there was something about him due to the last name. He played a role in the 1967 Film Doctor Dolittle on that “Never Seen Anything Like It In My Life” scene. He even played Santa Clause in the 1994 Remake of the Classic full length Christmas Special Film Miracle in 34th Street. I feel like I’m forgetting 1 or 2 Films he featured on. (Thump Thump & the water ripped 2 times) Oh yeah, he played John Hammond from the 2 Jurassic Park Films. Plus, he said this. “Welcome To Jurassic Park.” 2:22 As for his brother, he guides, hosts & narrates some of my favorite shows, documentaries & programs featuring one of my favorite animals on earth. Both Alive & Extinct. Especially Dinosaurs.

      “The Jurassic Park guy?” Gather you’re speaking about Sir Richard Attenborough, his brother; an actor and director who won Oscars for both acting and directing before Jurassic Park was a thing.

    David Attenborough is an amazing creature-adventurer, just like the legendary Steve Irwin & the Kratt Brothers. In fact, he should be the narrator of a next new DisneyNature film very, very soon!🦡

    • @thereadersvoice
      @thereadersvoice หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm not so sure about that. Disney has lost a lot of credibility and alienated a lot of people because of their political stance. BBC is a far better platform and they are lucky to have a man like Sir David Attenborough working for them.
