15 years of editing in LR turned into “hack” which is also called “new feature” introduced in 12th version. I am sitting in toilet and its really changes my life. Thanks a lot
Two of these hacks were very very helpful. Hitting number key 1-4 to instantly designate 1-4 stars saves so much time. And combining slides by time also saves so much searching. So you fulfilled your video title.
Tk you Serge for your video, I use already all of the Lightroom 2022 hacks but it's always useful to revise them. The key for photographer is look at video nearly everyday, a good practice, take notes and again videos, practice.... Tk you Serge for what you taught me. You are the best
Serge I've been following you and buying you stuff for years as witnessed by my Serge Library Mon Ami. I still think your crazily magical in the work that you do. I often just sit and watch your moves whilst shaking my head. Bloody awesome Mate 👍
Serge, when you are masking a face you don't need to kep on going back to the Mask dialogue, just select all the face components you want to tweak then make separate masks.
Regarding retouch synchronization - if you use the "copy settings" option then when you go to the next image you should "paste settings" by pressing CTRL+shift+V (on Windows). This will paste only the settings you copied. If you press the "Previous" button it will sync ALL settings of the image to the left ignoring the copy you did.
Thanks. Very useful tips, especially the stacking, because I didn’t know you can specify the time spread. However, I think the term “hack” is overused. Originally a hack is a method to obtain a result using shortcuts not intended by the app developers.
I absolutely agree.... Every "tip" or "hint" is NOT "a hack"... and that term is being used to death lately. (It's not "a hack" that the salt comes out when you turn a salt shaker upside down.)
Hi Serge it’s m watching you for years for your LR videos. There is no point watching others as you are the best anyway. Hmm you and Matt Kluskowski as well.
Hi Serge, would be good to click ‘x’ to highlight and delete bed photos on first sift of shots (reviewing shots when returning from a shoot) then to have changed some universal settings and created a preset. Then to highlight one photo of the whole shoot (with same light etc) and apply to all. Maybe another video??
I absolutely like your content and your energy how you explain things and motivate us. Used to find it really frustrating from other half hearted tutorials but have so much fun learning with you! Je suis tres content que j’aie trouve ce video et j’ai hâte pour plus de cela 🙏👍😊
The BIG secret is in "Shift+crtl" +H or +P or +M, and you don't have to wait for merging HDR, panorama or HDR panoramas.. its the biggest time saver i found last year. Just give LR some work and enjoy your c9ffee or whatever you want while LR finishes the job! You're welcome!

Or just press "sync" and it will paste all settings you selected on selected pics.
@@b2unoo7 correct. Anyway the way Serge explained is not accurate.

The term HACKs is misleading, all functions shown is regular use.
La version française serait Kool 😉
Hardly ground breaking hacks
For new people I can this as great news!!!🙂
Exactly! Especially the last 😂
Coach
🥱🥱🥱🥱
Don’t call it Hacks! They are just normal functions and tools in LR!
You mean how to PHOTOSHOP and produce composite, fake "photography." Yes, groundbreaking.
Its not pupil, its pupil.
I was hoping the instructions are step by step for a beginner but found no value in this video😊
Calm down, it's not THAT fantastic. These are not hacks, just very basic edits using the tools available. Nothing extra creative going on here.
