this video answered my many other questions but what i specifically wanted to know is that what material we will be provided by nift for the cat exam like what will be the paper size or how many sheets will be given
Yukta Chugh From what I know, you will be given an A4 size question paper mostly with 7 by 7 boxes or a full page to draw. That’s it. :)

oops srry i forgot to ask u ... how do i do to attempt the question "draw a festival or factory scene through square circle or triangle" i mean i couldn't understand this question..like do we have to make every figure out of a triangle or a square or a circle ? OR the drawing, that we want to make, must be inside any one of these shapes?? i mean please clarify my doubts didi.
santanu kumar Mahalik Thanks Santanu! I am glad I could be of some help. And hey, you are supposed to use squares or circles or triangles as your only shape and make the entire scene using those shapes.

Hey. I have been “religiously” following your videos on how to crack NIFT and necessary points to remeber. They were so so so helpful. As you know we had the entrance today and I’m from Kolkata. My GAT was pretty decent apart from Math, it was well I was absolutely blank, and my CAT paper was decent enough too, just that the last drawing was a little incomplete but I had explained my idea, would it work? It’s not entirely incomplete, I’m genuinely freaking out and have no one to talk to about this. Hoping that you’d notice this. ❤️
You did the best you could. Stop freaking out. Smile that it’s done with and concentrate on your boards. We’ll get to know when we get to know. There’s no other way of knowing the answer to your doubts :)

So I am very new to sketching/drawing and I didn't knew what medium to use for the exam ended up buying "Faber castle polychromos" that is not something a beginner would want, spent some considerable amount of money on that, now I can't afford anything else so I guess I have to use the regular pencils. FML 😅.

Shrutika Sonkuwar Do not worry so much. Just keep working. Stay focused. Limit your phone usage and work more on your maths and GK in your free time. Read the newspaper everyday for your English and keep a dictionary with you. When you don’t know a word, look it up. Utilise your time well!

I really liked this video...it would be a great help if u make a video highlighting specifically on the write up part of nift situation test and cat as well... bcz i gave the exam last year and got through the prelims somehow but i scored really really low in the situation test... i chose to make a neat model of a roadside dhaba.
I did the job well i guess!
But i was absolutely blank after writing 2-3 lines about my model focusing on my minimalistic approach and user convinience... i was like what to write now!
So i want ur guidance regarding this problem... thanks a ton!

Hello didi, It was an awesome video. Loved the way you explained. One question, I attempted NID DAT prelims on 7th jan and I found it was really annoying to have so many pencils, sketches, stationary to work with (many of us managed to drop a lot of things). I mean, our space on table was really less. Thank god, there wasn't much coloring part in NID (I mean, they just restricted) but I fear NIFT will have. So, could you please give a tip on organizing my stationary (In the exam, any containers...allowed? ) so as to not waste time during the exam.

Taniya Rathore Every exam requires a lot of effort and hard work. But that said, I cannot decide that if you can or cannot crack NIFT with just ten days of preparation. :)
