how can you cut pie and r on both side of equation if w is in addition on one side? According to that final equation should be gamma = [1/2(rho g h r) + w/2 pie r]

I well understood everything.....but I think there's a mistake at the end in the cancellation process....it shouldn't be cancelled as something is added with that quantity.....but if we suppose weight to be neglisable......then it's alright.

Sir, v is not πr^2 it's πr^2h . πr^2 is area.
W and m both are masses of liquids, how's this possible as we measuring the surface tension rather of interface tension.
