One of the best country I have visited till now especially for Indians ... I was treated better than white people surprisingly and the people are really nice !!
India was the first country to recognise Vietnam after Ho Chi Minh and his Viet Cōng threw the French out of Indo China in 1956. India provided considerable support to Noth Vietnam in their struggle to throw out the Americans
Good afternoon dear Kripal - So it’s Ho Chi Min Time 👍 Ok the first dish the Bò Né ( dodging beef ) 👍 Before that the appetiser in the Banh Mi and fresh veggies . In fact I was going to comment that the Bò Né dish looks like a sizzler and you said it 👍 The first bite was awesome and the instant sandwich made by your guide was awesome 👍 Truly a local dish . The Liver pâté with runny egg yolk seems to be delicious 👍 The lady is super dextrous to so quickly dish out that Sticky rice with condiments and also the Pan cake roll . 45 years of experience in action 👍 Have never tried a Egg Milk tea 🧋 Very unique. Wow what a fantastic narrative by you after the bite of sticky rice with all the condiments 💯💯💯💯 Love the Pan cake dish 👍 Glad that you enjoyed the egg tea 👌 Haven’t tried neither Egg Coffee or Egg tea during my visits to Vietnam 🇻🇳. Now we go into some exotic food terrain 😀 Ha ha you stopped with just one nibble of the pig ears 😀 So the next stop is at bánh cuốn nóng roll eatery . Just realised how many local cuisines are present around the world to be tried and appreciated 👍 Wow that’s a colourful plate of bánh cuốn nóng. Aah the pineapple adds an extra flavour dimension to the fish sauce . In your last vlog you mentioned that the fish saw was quite raw . This one is well rounded ! This was yet another wonderful vlog and thanks a bunch for sharing this local food experience with us . I love the simplicity and candidness of the KA vlogs . Somehow I feel it’s like more for a personal audience and I can feel connected with the Vlog. Too good dear Chief . Take care and stay healthy. Have a wonderful day ahead and God bless 👍👍👍🤗🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi Rajesh, glad you enjoyed this leisurely amble through HCM's streetfood scene, it was certainly a delicious revelation to me as well, the sheer variety and depth quite overwhelming. And eating out is such an integral part of Vietnamese culture. I agree these vlogs are more personal and perhaps also more appealing to a niche audience. Thank you for your detailed comment as always. Have a great weekend.
@@KripalAmannaVlogs Thanks dear Kripal. All your vlogs are very close to my heart especially your KA vlogs . It captures an uninhibited version of the vlog 👌 Have an amazing weekend ahead 👍👍
One of biggest problems while tasting local food in HCMc using food tour is restricting to D1 , D3 and part of D4,5 however in my view best place to get best food are in Go Vap, Tan Binh, D6,8,11,10 etc. the places in food tour are good but I have found them overrated in general
North Vietnam certainly is more traditional as compared to HCM which is modern. Did you catch my Hanoi vlogs? In case you didn't, here's a link to the Vietnam playlist. th-cam.com/play/PLIgXlo_rP6HFVHPBNTFYLlmvLa9xgTUMW.html

Northerners appreciate Indians way more than the Southerners do.
Love Vietnamese food. Egg tea I've heard for the first time.

In this tour, we did go beyond the usual tourist trail.
