Yes, it's true some of the condo areas that are "on sale" are in pretty rough areas when it comes to the streets being a dirty and have homeless living on the street. I don't know anyone in SF that carries a gun or feels the need to. The areas that these luxury condos highlighted in this video are very clean and I think that most people feel very safe in these areas at any time of day.
Dude it’s comifornia, the criminals can cary a gun but you are strongly discouraged to doing so. Sad but true. What a shame. Was a nice place at one time before politics ruined it.
