- Bird Pattern Series - Part 2
First you will learn how to create a twig of berries polymer clay cane using a new polymer clay technique that prevents the lines from getting distorted in the reduction process. Next, you will learn how to create an easy tree branch cane with leaves and then lastly, a juniper berry cane. As always there are many tips and tricks throughout each section of the polymer clay tutorial including cane packing, how to slice through a polymer clay cane with ease and stamping with clay cutters.
This polymer clay caning tutorial is part 2 of a continuation of the Bird Pattern Polymer Clay Cane Series.

Can canes be put in the fridge or somewhere cold for a little bit of time to firm up so they don't distort the shape when they are cut?
Yep!! You can wrap it in some plastic wrap and place in freezer for about 10-15min.
