I love that moment of Character growth, when Riot pulls Venom off of Eddie and is about to eat them, Eddie jumps forward and willingly bonds with Venom again. From hating him and wanting him gone to supporting him. Love it.
The way it shows Riot immediately hiding inside Drake when there's fire surrounding them, then yet despite the fire literally having a risk of killing Venom he still shields Eddie for as long as possible to keep him alive shows Venom truly cared
