Thank you very much Sir. I am a UK meningeomylocele with urostomy. I have had a right hydronephrosis (caused by problems in my right ureter and a stenosis in the conduit) which was dealt with by nephrostomy and stent. An 8mm stone was viewed on scan but after accidental removal of the stent the stone was absent!
I was fascinated to see the complexity of the "normal" system and I am grateful for your eloquent explanation.
