Chicken
Coriander leaves
Green chilly -6
Ginger -2” chopped
Garlic cloves -12
Kaju seeds -10
Cloves -8
Black pepper-10
Jeera powder-1/2 spoon
Sugar -1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder -1/2 spoon
Vineger -2 spoon
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Onion - 1 finely chopped

Will it taste much better if we use fermented toddy of coconut? Or old monk for caramelized smoky flavour? I just asking as I wanna make it and dont wanna use synthetic vinegar. Sarita madam ur all dishes are awesome always I made many of those and treated my friends like bangda udamathi, than stuff brinjols and many more. Every one liked it.
