Guys.... almost everyone knows that these restorations are already prepped.... otherwise you'd have to wait for decades...
I have to handed to the restorer for the effort put into the pre-restoration...

Amazes me how ALL the screws just come right out of the VERY RUSTY Peterbilt toy cement truck with wet cement still in it.....And how the rust came of the cab with paint stripper...

Normally I am a strong supporter of this type of work, but in this case, the cleanup was less than expected and the color choice for the cab hid some really nice detailing. Like the end product but you took too many shortcuts. Sorry, Texas is watching.

There is no Rust. Only some paint and mortar you smeared on the car, before you "found" it!
I hate to think this was staged, especially how the restorer found it under a trailer with nails neatly stacked in a disarray on the wire roll.

All his so called restorations are like that. Slap some mud colored paint on them and the pretend to "find" them. On this one he didn't even clean anything, just painted over his mess.

respeto la creatividad y empeño de los restauradores pero en lo personal no hiciste buen trabajo. pintaste ensima del oxido y ni pintaste bien el carrito, dejaste rastros de la pintura anterior y oxido en algunas partes de los rines y accesorios, las llantas estan pintadas, se ve que pintaste los rines con las llantas puestas
