I saw this in Towa's POV, when Aqua switched to Wraith for the Dome Fight, man her movement were so fluid, Towa was having hard time hitting her flying/jumping/strafing in and out of the dome.
This is one of the reasons why Kinako praised Aqua so much, cuz she hits her shots while doing advanced movement techs.

I can remember it was almost a year ago when Selly and Bora were training Towa in dome fighting for CR cup and look at her now. i feel so proud of her especially when she did very well in that 1v3 dome fight against Noah's team

This was such a sweet moment to see live because I believe it was right before the last match when you could tell they were already feeling it hard mentally after their results up to that point and I think it was Aqua’s idea to just start playing around in the training mode with each other to get their mind off things and lift their spirits up while they waited for the code, and it seemed to really work.
Honestly, overall I was surprised at how well Aqua handled all this since she being the one who seemed to care the most/takes the game the most seriously I thought it would hit her the hardest, but she seemed to handle it the best out of the three, even though she was probably holding it in as much as the others.

I think her failure to get to masters last time sort of toughened her up a bit. But she was definitely very frustrated still. I know she said this is the only tourney she'll do, but i do wish a little bit that this loss will entice her to try again. Maybe CR cup or something.

@@erachristine Yeah, she definitely very frustrated. After 4th game she just went straight to firing range and just shoting some target in total silence (and she was hella good at it). But yeah, her mental is way stronger now.

That gun is awful close range I swear, it feels so random when it's hipfired...

@@Skelyos the only way for me to hit with rampage close was to stop moving then hipfire while crouching though it's really risky.

Rampage is hard cos it's Soo damn slow without a charge, so you gotta time your tracking with the rhythm , almost like you're flicking instead of tracking on every shot hahaha

This is like one of those scenes in an anime where the MC (in this case Suisei) goes to get trained by some ancient master (in this case Towa), and the ancient master tells the MC, okay, I'll train you, but first let me see your skills against the champion of the dojo (in this case Aqua). And the MC gets beaten again and again, but the ancient master is impressed by the tenacity of the MC. Then, so we know how good the master is, the master takes on the dojo champion and wins, so as to remind us that while the dojo champion is the strongest, the ancient master is still the one doing the teaching.
Suisei's arc in the Apex torunament was as impressive as Aqua's and Towa's. Suisei improved a whole lot in a very little amount of time.

The reason aqua was losing gib vs gib cause aqua doesn't use passive shield and towa was playing defensively and waiting for aqua to pop out from dome so towa have a better chance at getting first shot on aqua and shield to help her.

That is true and that is how you play gib as a good gib player. Aqua looked like she didn't know how to play gib effectively and that's okay, Gib is not in her legends pool, she's a primary damage dealer/scout after all.
