They both aren't naturally hard in the sense that their abilities do weird shit such as old aurelion or azir, they have basic abilities, they just have conditions for them. Tbh I find a loot of adcs much harder than him, but hey maybe it's just me, so my theory is that Hwei wont be as hard as people think

People compare him to Invoker but Invoker not only has a ton of spells they're also all very different and require specific combos to actually work well. 90% of the time with Hwei you're just going to rift-shield-claw in teamfights, his abilities all have a pretty distinct and obvious purpose and don't really require any situational awareness outside of the lightning bolt.

These items also applies ability damage: Galeforce, Everfrost, Goredrinker, Protobelt, Jak Sho, Redemption, Stridebreaker and Ironspike Whip (Most of them are getting deleted tho or changed to not deal damage like in Jak Shos case).

I think you still don’t quite get how the qw extra damage works. So it applies when the target is either immobilized or isolated. However, the ammount of extra damage is based on the missing hp and the rank of your q. Level 1 it does up to double dmg and level 5 it does up to triple damage. But if the target is ar full hp, the ”extra damage” is 0%. So even if the target is isolated, if they’re full hp you don’t deal any extra damage what so ever.
Yeah because my Q has a low CD and I did not feel my QQ nor QE would land (Yasuo looked far). I'm looking for any amount of poke possible even if small.
The snare lasting so long would make such a great zoning tool. So often seen you going for a lightning when you could drop a snare in their escape route instead around the choke points in jungle, like Zoe sleep bubble puddles. Though I've had a hard time telling if their range is the same from the videos.
EW (snare) range is MUCH less than the lightning (QW). Lightning is for catching 1hp people trying to run away, snare is only typically useful to zone people from running towards you (ie if you want to cut off their escape points, you have to be flanking)

Even with Malignance the Ult cooldown is huge, it's better to have Caster's Companion that can apply on basic abilities and offers a lot more pressure in neutral. The ult is pretty unreliable sometimes and it's better to have the constant pressure from Caster's first.

What i mean is this: I want to swap WE and WQ spells, because I like it more that your movement bonus is on "utility+cc" and your 'nami passive' is on "damage+utility". i think it would be just easier to think of the spells that way. qq = "damage/damage", qw = "damage/utility (slow)", qe = "damage/cc (bc immo/iso dmg)", ww is "util/util" as a shield, eq is damage and fear, ew is vision+root "util/cc", ee is a fast cc its just those two spells that are turned around

Horizon focus was probably definitely way better than Rylai's, it gives 20 haste too which is massive, but I get you were experimenting, I think new Liandrys is good too

Hey I have a serious question for you Pekinwoof if you would reply back. Since you been playing league for a long time and for hours everyday, do you have any pain anywhere in your body like your neck or back or forearms or wrist or shoulders?
My mouse hand sometimes has issues. Like 5 to 6 years ago I had some numbness in my fingers at the very tip. The thing that I actually removed it was no longer sleeping on my right shoulder. I would sleep on the side and I believe pinch a nerve in my shoulder. Nowadays it's more like discomfort almost like a slight ache on my pointer and ring finger but it's not so much that it hinders me too much
Can you actually proc your passive twice with WE Auto + Q Spell then waiting for passive to proc and doing Auto + E ability? In theory you should have enough WE charges for that and passive doesn't rly have cooldown.
It literally hit her, you can see it hit her and her health drop. It just didn't drop a ton because she tanked a lot of it with hexdrinker hence the white shield numbers.

Since you built Rylai, I guess you probably don't know this: Slows don't stack in LoL, neither additively nor multiplicatively. If you have Rylai and enemy is in your QE that has an innate 30% slow, enemy will be slowed by 30%, not more. Thus, Rylai doesn't work on: - QE - I don't think it procs on WE - Doesn't add anything to any of your E spell - may slow a tiny bit more on moaybe the first quarter second of your R Don't buy Rylai

For a PBE game that enemy team seemed really toxic....and you ned a honor lvl3 or higher to get on it lol.
You don't need it anymore. They removed it because TFT players, who don't or rarely play any league, couldn't get on PBE to test out new TFT sets.
