Rob, watching your videos has been part of my daily routine for years. It's sad to see the change, but I 100% get it. The effort you've put in every day is unreal. I haven't cried in years. I can't believe its over...
I knew this was coming, but I didn't want to believe it. Don't get me wrong, this is extremely well deserved and frankly you have needed to break from this for a long time. But selfishly, I will be lost without your coverage. I've listened, and watched, to every episode, sometimes multiple times.
This was the lighthouse in the storm that kept me grounded to where land was. I'm not smart. I see a neurologist every 10 years, and every time the prognoses is the same, out of 100 people, 95 have a better memory than me. This leads me to forgetting a lot about the fundamentals, and makes me emotional and less logical. I've needed something that kept me grounded all this time, and I'm afraid I'll be a flag lost to the wind without TD.
All the other content creators have their own avenue going, but they are all using a dull knife to cut through the steak which is Tesla. Herbert just does interviews, Gali doesn't dive into detail, RTL focuses on consumers, Dave stopped making regular content, SMR focuses on getting TSLA investors a "gateway drug" (IE educated entertainment), Yashu focuses on random stock movements, but none actually keep me grounded to reality.
I feel the Tesla community is effectively on life support these days, everyone is sniping at each other (Gerber, Tesla Economist, Gary, etc) online and with Elon at peak drama, margins collapsing, FSD still not being anywhere close to ready, the bot tricking people into thinking it's magical when it was just a human moving the bot (not autonomous), I fear I am going to be in the dark going forward, with a bend on being sad and negative about the future. Tesla made me a millionaire for a minute, I got to see above the clouds on what life could have been like, but the fall has made me realize that this was all just a dream, and it's looking like I'm just going to have to wake up.
Anyways Rob, you have been my north star for over a half decade. If you are ever looking for a someone full-time that can help make video presentations, etc., hell even mop the floor, I'd be more than happy to do it. I still work at Briggs & Stratton, but we all know their days are numbered. Things are ending everywhere... sigh. WTF do I do now.

SMR focuses on pretending to be smart, greedy useless « content », and leeching off of Tesla investors craving confirmation bias. He also has absurd price targets. His 2023 BEAR PT was $715 😂 🤡 He’s literally worse than Gordon….

Just make the Cars as good as you can and people will appreciate it and shut all the “Tesla build quality is shocking” brigade.
@@SWR112 The fud is funded by competitors who are behind. It won't go away until they catch up or go bankrupt. Tesla does direct shipment to people. You have to have extremely high quality for that, which is why other companies aren't pushing to copy this model anymore. Dealers allow them to ship poor quality and have the dealer clean vehicles up.

Wow, end of an era. This channel really got me started with Tesla news. But I agree, Tesla is an established company now, and there is just less news to cover.
This seems like a moment in time that the Tesla community could use some insight & encouragement. FUD, an upcoming vote on extremely important topics, product unveilings, possibly? new gigafactory... the rumors swarm like mayflies. In the past you provided a very level-headed and mature perspective that watchers clung to - and FUDsters feared. Rob you are greatly missed, but even more so in times such as these!
Regardless of how many channels that appeared after yours, for Tesla news this was always my first stop and must stop. There's so much to be said about your dedication, hard work, insight, integrity and passion that it's hard for one to know where to begin. I'm a 70 year old Englishman, living in England. Your broadcasts helped me see through the smoke and noise when I first discovered your Chanel in 2019. As a newbie investor that never previously had the time when working to invest in anything but bank deposit accounts, but well aware that I could do better, if I only understood finance and investment more clearly, I knew immediately I found you that here was the guidance I was looking for. As a lifelong engineer I had very quickly become aware of the radical differences between Tesla's business management style and integrated processes, and the mainstream engineering industry's restrictive and archaic methodology. Tesla's adoption of the principles I'd been talking about for years (as an engineering systems auditor) came across as a beacon in the fog. You Rob, were one of the very few shining that beacon for us. No BS, no clic bait, just "This is how it is and how to understand it". The phenomenal amount of work you put in was greatly appreciated. Whilst the risks of our investing were obviously ours, your guidance helped, in no small way, for my wife and I to buy our dream house and more. I wish you all the very best for an assured successful future, which I will be following. Thank you.

Man I remember my first episode in 2020, I just starting learning about investing & just discovering Tesla. There was a few other people that talks about Tesla but non of them were up to your standart with accuracy, non-emotional driven, fact checking, follow-up on stories, going thru the in & out of the business and able to translate it with clear and percise words. Every evening drive home, Car > Spotify > Tesla Daily, and I'd be bummped if there was no episodes due to holidays. All and all, thank you for being awesome Rob, hope FPG takes off like Tesla does.

Few people could have analyzed TSLA so deeply on a daily basis as you have for the past 6 years.
