Brad the empty compartment below the outside tv mount was for the traditional water heater before they started using the Truma Combi. It could be used to store more 🍺 beer!
Loved my Lance 1575. Had it for 6 years. Sold it last year for $20+K. Mine was not 4 seasons and dry weight was 3000 lbs. Started towing with Dodge Dakota mid-size and quickly moved up to Ford F150. Problem w/mid-size: 1) You are dependent on the trailer brakes; 2) You get pushed around; 3) Small fuel tank requires more frequent stops. (I typically go up/down 4000+ft a couple times on each trip.) The storage behind pax rear tire was where the tankless water heater used to go. Mine also had a pull out drawer in the side to side pass thru as well as a bbq gas stub out underneath that. If you are not pregnant, you can use the bathroom when the slide is closed (you'll have to scoot your way around the dinette and squeeze thru a gap to get there). It was a good trailer, never had any issues, but now I'm looking at Truck Campers as I need to use the truck to tow at the same time.

$50k for a single axle travel trailer is nothing new. Ever heard of airstream, grand design? You want well built, you have to pay. Other wise, you can spend half and get something that’s going to fall apart on ya within a few years.
