6:40 There is no water in your video because you have visited in morning time while water is released after 4 PM. It's not a natural waterfall, it's an artificial waterfall triggered due to presence of a hydel power project above. They release it in evening and you can witness the waterfall at that time.

So happy ypu are showing reality. Gulmarg is full of scams. The hotels booked online are very different when you reach the hotel. Also the horses and helpers take huge amounts! The Gondola rides are very mismanaged! Senior citizens have a hard time and no toilets also!

Kashmiri here, the reason you didn't see snow is not because of summer, the summer hasn't officially started yet but there's been 80% snow deficient this year. There's been absolutely no snow and the one that fell was very late and got melted quickly and anyone claiming to show u snow in Gulmarg is a scammer. Second, Gulmarg, Yousmarg, Sonmarg are all filled with Gujjars, which are nothing but scammers. These people have stopped nomadic lifestyle and now are more keen to loot money from people, whether it's from boots or pony rides, they're all scammers avoid at all costs. Same goes for Shikara and houseboat and Meena Bazar people, they're also called as "Haanz" which essentially were fisherman, also specialize in scamming since they've given up fishing.
