I had an extraction on #30, with bone grafting and tenting screws with bone grafting for #29, which had been extracted 2 years prior. #30 feels fine, but 7 days later, I still have throbbing pain near #29 and my remaining teeth feel "tight" and ache. How long could this pain last? Thank you.
