رفع الجبوب مشوار طويل
هل لديك اضراس او اسنان في الفك الذي تتكلمين عنه ان جاوبت سوف انصحك لاني لدي خبرة ومررت بمعاناتك فشعرت بها
انا عندي فقط ضرسين في جهة اليمين وضرس واحد في جهة اليسار وعملت زراعة فك علوي وانتظرت 3 اشهر والشهر المقبل نشوف ادا الزرعات نجحت او لا 😢😢😢😢 علما انه العظم كان غير كاف نوعا ما يعني نسبة نجاح 70%
@@ayoubg6036 الله يعافيك ثلاث اضراس ملاح لزم زرعتين ثللث حتى يكون اللعدد مناسب لطقم اسنان ثابت اما اذا كان قد زرعت في الفك المقصود حتى يكتمل العدد الى ستة فهذا جيد واسأل الاه ان تنجح العملية والاهم النظافة وعدم الاكل الحار والصلب ريثما يتم الالتحام
هل بعد زراعة العظم وبعد زراعة الاسنان بهذه الطريقة ..هل أستطيع عمل تقويم للأسنان؟

why would you remove the tissue buccally?
you don't need to do it that way. I think is easier just in the first incision detached everything but periosteum and just place your free gingival graft against the periosteum
