This talk reviews how scleroderma affects the heart and the various manifestations of the disease. In addition, we will discuss the standard workup in patients with scleroderma who have cardiac symptoms and outline some of the therapies that are commonly used.

So did my limited scleroderma cause the following? Concentric LV remodelling with normal biventricular size and systolic function.
No hemodynamically significant valvular abnormality. RVSP is normal.
