As a huge Twin Peaks fan, I just watched Dual Spires for the first time and everything about it was fantastic, ESPECIALLY the theme rendition by Julie Cruise! Easily one of the best episodes in the series.
Such a cute concept! Boy develops keen perception. No one understands! So he has to pretend to be psychic! This happens in real life, doesn't it? People refuse to believe your story!
Lol I started the episode thinking, "Okay, it may be the episode, but you aren't gonna cry, it will still come on ION, and I can still watch it on Netflix!" That didn't work. At all. Every time I watch the episode, I'm in tears when Gus is watching the video Shawn made him. I pause it, pull myself together, and press play. When I see McNab on the way to becoming the next head detective, I'm in tears again.
I LOVE that psych changes around the music of its theme while keeping the lyrics just so that it relates to an episode's plot. Its the only show I know that actually does that! And it's great.

Honestly, as much as I love this show, rebooting it would not be a good idea. It ended so perfectly. It didn't run long enough to become stupid, and rebooting it would only make that happen. Like they say, you either die a good TV show, or like long enough to jump the shark ;P

Steve Franks is one talented SOB. When you come up with a smash TV show, and write a theme song for it that world-famous musicians want to cover,that is impressive. They are all excellent, but if I had to choose, I most partial to Curt Smith's version. For upcoming episodes, I'm hoping for a Reggae music, since Gus, and of course Dule Hill, has a Jamaican background.

I like the "Arriba!" at the end of the Spanish theme! The Hindi one's cool. There was also a pretty neat instrumental version of the theme for the Superhero episode a couple weeks ago. They need to do a "Spooky" theme for one of the show's Halloween/ monster- themed episodes (Maybe the next one of those could be called "Spencer and Guster Meet Frankenstein")!
well they could still be filming in october because if ur right and it is a 2 hour musical special I can only assume that it would ethier be the season finale or the premire but if u are right probably the season finale

Hey you should add the theme song from Heeeeere's Lassie! in season six (S6E11) and the boyz II men version was also in season 6 (S6E13) Let's do wop again. Technically The Amazing Psych-Man & Tap Man, Issue #2 (S6E4) is also a different theme song but they don't use any words so that would be hard to put in the montage.
