Also, Comprehension is widely considered a good perk, it changes the temp buff from magazines to +20 (meaning with enough foresight you can pass any check with your skills only at 80 with enough magazines) and makes all Skill Books give an additional permeant skill point (so instead of +3 to repair from Dean's electronics you'd get +4)
