- A l'occasion de sa mini tournée européenne (4 dates, 4 jours, 4 pays), nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Aurora avant son concert à Paris, le 1er mars 2018. Les questions ont été collecté via le hashtag #AskAuroraFr et vous êtes nombreux à nous avoir envoyé votre question, malheureusement nous ne pouvions pas toutes les prendre. On the occasion of her mini European tour (4 dates, 4 days, 4 countries), we had the chance to meet Aurora before her concert in Paris, on March 1st, 2018. My personality is similar to her’s. I am happy I discovered her because she makes me feel better about myself. Sensitive, loving, emotional, and imaginative. It’s hard to accept urself, seeing someone showing that of themselves is very empowering.
I completely agree! I’m glad you feel this way as well. As a straight male I especially often feel like I can’t show my true emotional side, but ever since I found Aurora, her wisdom gave me the confidence to show my true self and be a beacon to find others like me.

Same ! I always felt alone and found it hard to accept myself because of that too. I’m also so happy that I discovered Aurora, now I feel like I’m understood and that I’m not the only one who has that kind of personality ! It feels good to find a person you can relate to, and it’s even more beautiful when this person is an artist you admire !

She does best with this solo type answer fan questions than compared to a person with scripted questions. She takes her time and fully explains her feelings.
Too often the reporter don't give her time to answer and interrupts all the time. Gold comes if you let her express herself without interruption. Like here.
Shes like a future human from another universe where humans are the most amazing version of ourselves.

Can't wait! Love you Aurora! I love the sound; your music moves me so much. It is beautiful because I found you during a very difficult time in my life- it has helped me release emotion that has built as result. I have hope, but with you in the world doing wonderful things I have even more hope now, also I don't mind much being weird anymore. thank you from the top and bottom of my heart.
Possibly the best interview I've seen so far as I discover more interview videos. Yes, it's best when she is allowed to just talk in this way instead of being directed. And now we know which song she alluded to - the song that brought me to tears of fullness when I first heard/saw (on a video) her singing it. It really speaks to what she said in this interview - that she wants to become more "Aurora". And she is...in the most wonderful way. What an ambition to have - to use her life and music to nurture, unite and encourage the warriors and weirdos to be our best selves.
I also loved her expression when she looked right into the camera as she began contemplating how to describe her universe in one word. What a fierce outward/inward look!

This interview was absolutely fantastic and well done, i love listening to Aurora talk, especially about things she loves. But the other thing i love the most about this videos were the captions!! I share the same point of view of Aurorie, France is beautiful and the language is my favorite thing about it. Its been a long time since i dont study french and for some reason i've been seeing a lot of random french phrases in my past weeks. While watching this interview i had to go back a few minutes because i was distracted by the subs (in a good way), i realized that i didn't forgot how to pronounce some words and reading them was a lot of fun and rewarding!! PLUS it was an AURORA INTERVIEW! I think this is a sign i should put my studies back on track and get fluent already. 😄💖 huge hugs from brazil!

Her personality is so intriguing to me. I'm really interested in personality analysis....not as an exact science, but as a tool to understand certain aspects of yours and other's subjective universe. In terms of the Meyers-Briggs...Aurora strikes me as a hard core INFP. As an INTP myself, I think that's part of why I find her so alluring. She's suuuper similar to me, BUT...she's _far_ more in touch with her feelings/emotions whereas I'm way more analytical and intellectual. In a way she sorta represents the other side of who I wish I was...or could be.
I'm quite happy with the IN & P parts...introverted, big picture, perceptive...but I wish I was more in tune with my feelings and intuition. To paraphrase Matthew McConaughey's character in The Wolf of Wall Street...I sometimes feel SO burdened by overthinking that my mind has an almost _mustard_ feeling...sharp, acidic, hyper rational.
But sometimes I wish I could just run through the forest naked and worship the moon while crying tears of joy lol. And something tells me Aurora has probably done _precisely_ that at some point in her life.
So yeah....super long winded way of saying I find her a breath of fresh air. Total inspiration. She soothes my jangled mind somehow...

I loved the melodies and lyrics on All My Demons but I was a bit disappointed with the production and choices of keys etc (Conqueror should have been in a minor key Imo) but I am extremely excited for this next album and to see her art mature and grow.

Interesting the shout out to Kate Bush. In her Christmas concert she had intonations that seemed to be channeling KB very much so, and they were very stark and prominent at a certain point, almost verbatim. So, it is interesting to see her make a direct mention here. It's a good thing.
Garga Mel it seems all art or alt pop especially female artists are heavily influenced by Kate. Even since the 90's. Kate was a real pioneer her influence on music cannot be understated. Ah. Long pointless comment but I truly love Kate sooooo much.
