@@lorenalemos7027 the Vikings believed that you passed yourself on trough your kids not just physically but also memories and experiences that your ancestors went trough.like dejavu moments where something seems similar to you (might be genetic memory).however it's a bond easily broken according to old text and in some cases they actually held trials for children to help them remember who they were. if they remembered who they were they were let into the burial mounds and allowed to take the items the previous ancestor was buried with.people very old and very wise with a long genetic memories were often shamans.

I like how she speaks in experiences, not in plain opinions about things. Sometimes it can tell you much more than a simple "I like/dislike/respect this and that".

Actually I dropped my phone in the sink when I was doing dishes when I was listening to Aurora’s song “Puppet” because I was having a bit too fun livin my best life, dancing while doing dishes, and I remember seeing her face in the track photo looking up at me from under the water (which made me think of Under the Water!) and I tried to get it out, but I couldn’t get it fast enough. I tried to turn it off and it wouldn’t, was already frozen, and the screen started having lines turn fluorescent green or blue or red in lines or chunks, and she just kept singing, and eventually it died. And as upset I was at losing my phone (I’m ill so money is tight and it was a really bad time for it to happen, after some expensive treatments), I was also sad because, it meant I couldn’t finish the song! And I remember laughing, a bit hysterically, at how funny it was that I was looking at shelling out so much money and at the moment I was just upset the song couldn’t end correctly. I’m a bit particular about that. I play piano and harp and I never stop halfway in a song. I’d not do that when it was a song I played in honor of my mentor, who died, and it felt disrespectful not to see it through, like breaking off a prayer almost. And then I started doing it with all the songs I played, then all I listened to. If they haven’t started singing yet I may move to a new track, but once they sing, all bets are off, I’m too drawn in.
So, that’s a really long and involved random story, but if you made it this far, good for you, gold star! Aurora is so... special. Everyone is somewhat unique in their voice but she’s on another level. It truly is so inspiring. Her talent and ability, jeez. I feel like she has to know herself really well to be able to express how she does. And to stay pretty genuine; it’d be hard to fake the emotion in what she does. She’s just brilliant and I hope more people find her; the world needs her message.
