    I'm glad to hear yours is holding up. Mine developed a severe oil leak while still under warranty. After sending NeoTec two videos of the leak and pictures, their response has been to ignore me. Be warned that NeoTec won't honor warranties.

      mine has been a good one -
      Ive had another model that had issues & Arthur was very helpful to me.
      that was a few months ago, so things might not be as good as it was for me.
      Ive this one & another that have been good to me,
      Im lucky.
      the CEO himself took care of me on my issues.
      they are far away & a few hours ahead of us, so we need to be pateint in our waiting time.
      mine did leak oil a bit, but I got a new cap & just took care of it myself
      had it been a case leak (?) that Id for sure ask them about if it was new.
      mine are still doing fine, but Im easy on them as Im a lazy retired boy

      @@bellyacres7846 It's not a oil cap leak. It seems to be leaking in the oiler adjustment screw area. I asked how to remove the clutch so I could determine where the leak was and customer support said you can't remove the clutch on this model. I can see where that would be problematic if you had to change sprockets. I've tried to work through this with them but now I'm just ignored. So much for their warranty.

    ok folks today i fueled n oiled it. greased the roller tip. [it was already greased but i did it again]
    the tuning was way off [I checked before starting it] it arrived 2.5 turns out on low
    4.5 turns out on high [oops]
    I set it to 1 turn out on each side and it started up nice, rich, but nice.
    then ran it a heat cycle. gassed it & oiled it [full tanks]
    the oilier adjusted to 1 click from max & that did well on the 20" bar
    I cut up a few downed trees then fell a tree [about an 17" diam. tree] it did fine
    restarted 1 pull after shut offs in the job.
    cut n piled some more slash [that wasnt held in the ice]
    I would have shown in a vid, but Ive not got a tri pod for the camera. :O
    it did a fine job and ran out of fuel with a little oil left, So just right. :)
    the bar tip did push a little grease out the holes so I could see it was working right.
    still more to clean up, but its held in by ice n snow [a fine excuse] lol

      have used it a few more times [3 tanks of fuel] started up fine, minimal chain stretch, started up after setting it down on the job.
      still on the stock parts the torch plug & stock carb.
      still havnt got a tripod to show it off :O

    been a few more months now & its been sitting.
    it starts up and runs fine as it should.
    to my surprise this has been my go to saw (?)
    I have a few other saws, but this one has become my user. not too bad for a cheap throw away saw ;)

    ok a recent using this 6200 {in spring of 2024}
    I strapped it to the ATV & took it up to clean up a few trees that fell on the road last winter. [winter of 2023]
    there were a few trees from 4" up to 14" diameter that fell across the road all were keeping me from riding out to see the other side a belly acres. [have a vid of that litlle ebike ride here on the channel]
    took the saw off the ATV, checked it over as it had sat several months,
    it looked good, So gassed it up and oiled it up and to my surprise it popped on the second pull [using the start a stihl saw proceedure]
    choke OFF & third pull & it started!?! (a nice surprise)
    warmed it up [fast idle 2-4 seconds,then idled good till warm]
    then set to work sawing limbs, making firwood rounds
    saw cut just fine, until it ran outta fuel.
    then gassed it up, filled the oil And it started up first pull & cut up the rest of the trees.
    still this lazy saw wont pile the limbs or even move one round after it cuts, this saw just sits there idling like it has done enough.
    just watches as "I" have to clean up after it (?)

    I run my saws at 40:1 and then 50:1 because oil runs hotter than gas. Once it is broken in, run what keeps your cylinder lubed and cooler.

    • @bellyacres7846
      @bellyacres7846  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      yeah I like the 40-1 or 37-1 myself
      depends if its cold or not.
      often I tend to add a bit more oil to my mix.
      when I ran a saw for working - 40-1
      I like to see the smoke.
      yup I carried an extra plug ,just in case.

    • @JoshuaS.
      @JoshuaS. 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I run mine at 50:1 new and broke in and my Stihl 391 still fouls plugs 🤣🤣 couldn't imagine any more oil LOL
      My 2 echos don't foul plugs like my ms391

    • @bellyacres7846
      @bellyacres7846  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@JoshuaS. yup plugs foul - so I carry an extra one [usually ngk]
      *or whatever the saw likes best
      the red armor seems to foul my plugs less often.
      [but i used cheaper briggs n stratton oil before]
      my thinking the better oils should foul less (?)
      Ive been using red armor oil the saws seem to like it. red A has been my oil the last few years.
      a good [well known] 2 stroke saw oil seems to be the best.
      its a shame as I have lotsa oil for my outboard engines - [oh well] the saws like the oil designed for air cooled engines.
      so I use that & the saws happy.
      Ive been too cheap to try the full synthetic oils. Im more of a hobby home owner operator.
      havnt worked for a living in many years.
      so my saws are worked occasionally.

    Did you find a pleated air filter to replace the plastic one? Link? Thank you.

    • @bellyacres7846
      @bellyacres7846  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      uh Ive been bad & just use it occasionally.
      so kinda forgot the search for another air filter as Im onto ebikes now & just sporadic saw use.
      yup another fickle, fair weather type.

    It's been a year since you posted this video. How much have you used the saw and how are you liking it?

    • @bellyacres7846

      its been sitting a few months now as its been freezing out there.
      I used it last this fall and it was good then.
      the saws sit when its cold out [me too] ;)
      the last saw i ran was the lill stihl 211 it started up after warming it inside. cut a tree top out of the road that had fallen.
      most outdoor activities I put on hold for winter.
      I plow snow with the truck or dozer.
      check on water lines, heaters & stuff that is winter usage.
      the saws are too much plastic to be pulling on them in the winter.
      so they sit till summer.
      the ebikes sit till it warms up too, Im a fair weather kind a guy. :)

    I think it's an echo clone. Because of the gas and oil caps and air filter look like echo. Plus echo models names begin with echo cs then the model number.

      its kinda a copy of a few different saws in its class [just my opinion] ;)
      Ive been using it awhile [just light home stuff] & it starts up n cuts - a nice surprise for me.

    ran it again and its getting even better :O
    it doo use the gas :O
    im probly needing to adjust the carb better. my settings are 2.6 L 1.75 H
    it didnt want to start with 1 out on each - it was starving at 1 out
    scott suggested 2 out on the L and it started right up and It bogged a bit, so turned out just a bit until it responded on throttle
    [I need to get a tripod to show it working] :o

    Do you have a video on assembly because the Manuel print is very poor. It is the original Manuel.

    • @bellyacres7846
      @bellyacres7846  ปีที่แล้ว

      it arrived in the box, assembled -
      you will need to put on the bar & chain. to me thats just expected.
      If you like to see that done?
      there are a few youtube vids on that to watch n learn from.
      hrere is one I found:
      th-cam.com/users/shortsQrz7GT9qaIo
      the manuals are often not to clear, not complete.
      the bar installation is easy to do once you have seen it done and you have done it yourself a few times.
      * on this saw the adjuster pin is in the clutch cover
      [be sure to line it up before tightening the nuts - it will break the cover]
      it is a common thing to do when the adjuster is in the front cover.
      watch out for that and put the chain on in the right direction ;)

    It's a zenoah clone, yes ,like shindawa , Hitachi and echo.

      yeah a copy of one or perhaps several others (?)
      Im not sure which one either.
      Ive heard a few different opinions as to which brand these are a copy of.
      the nice thing is it works ok for the price being half of many other BIG - well known Brands

      @@bellyacres7846 It is not copy of hitachi or tanaka, I wish. But These are on sale right now for $72 with free shipping. I was told they are a copy of a sthil. either way at that price after this review and another on the same saw I think I am going to pick one up as it is a real steal. Lol
