I love how instead of making an overly dramatic fight scene of the two bosses, you just basically said "I spammed. They died. I now have their stuff.".
Traditionally, I'm pretty sure, pixies are meant to shed that dust from their wings as they fly around and whatnot. I find the image of collecting pulverized pixie notably funnier, though. (And I guess the traditional answer doesn't necessarily entail that the more hands-on approach is incompatible.)
First off, love the series and I hope you are also doing well. Secondly, here are my Q&A questions: 1) Where did the name Neurotic Goose (and your Minecraft username M_Digitalis) originate from? 2) If you could bring one item from your current hardcore run into the next run if you died, what would it be?
I ain't goose, but digitalis makes me think of the Creeper World series of games, but it's probably unrelated. Digitalis is also the scientific term for the plant Foxglove, so perhaps the M stands for Mariana or Minor, two subspecies. Also clearly him being Neurotic Goose is because irl he is both Neurotic, and a Goose.
Q&A: You said last time (I think), that you were considering doing some other modpacks. You also offhandedly mentioned Blightfall at some point. Would you be interested in creating a series on it? I haven't been able to find a lets play of it that I vibe with and the concept does sound pretty cool.
@@ThylineTheGay Oh thanks for the reminder! I watched a bit of it ago when it was still new and put it down and forgot about it. Looks like there are plenty of episodes now :) Would still enjoy watching a more 'neurotic' playthrough of it

Unless RLCraft changes it, the duration increase from Wine is not a flat 30 seconds. It is +2 minutes at quality 1.00 and no change at quality 0.50, scaling linearly and capping out at 10 minutes. That makes it much more practical for short term preservation of other buffs.

My biggest Q&A question is, how do you even find the energy to deal with RLCraft? Is it sheer spite towards its absurd systems? Stockholm Syndrome? Satisfaction whenever you finally outsmart/overpower the modpack's BS? I love this series because of how calmly you approach stuff that I would've already broken my computer over 5-10 episodes ago.
Love the series, as much as the GTNH one. Honestly i think anything with your narration is entertaining. Questions: 1. Why did you name your channel Neurotic Goose? (Does that count as a personal question? Idk) 2. How did you learn modded Minecraft l? Do you have any tips? Struggling myself, played a bunch of packs and got either bored or overwhelmed. 3. What is your favourite mod? Thank you for your attention.
For the Q&A: Re; RL craft, are you aware of the summoning staff and minions through the lycanites mod? I seem to recall it being just about the safest way to take down some of the ice and fire threats while in relatively early game, and a great boon to short-cutting progression mostly as a function of not needing to be anywhere near whatever you are killing. It has been a long time since I played though, so no idea if they are still viable, maybe not. That would explain why you didn't touch them. Just broadly curious if you think they are still useful/worth considering for modern RL craft play throughs. They only cost a bit of gold, diamonds, bones, and ender pearl iirc, which are relatively achievable even in the very early game, the hardest probably being ender pearl but I'm pretty sure you can get those from the lycanites mob that sometimes spawns when you try to sleep, which is scary if you aren't ready for it but otherwise should be a relatively safe e-pearl.
I think it was mentioned in an earlier video somewhere that the summoning staff was seriously nerfed because of how good it was? Not sure, but it makes sense given the trend of the modpack owners going out of their way to eliminate most fun.
Have you heard of the Lycanites Redux resource pack? While there's no fixing Lycanite's most essential flaw (making literally any activity able to spawn mobs), this pack at least revamps the models and textures so that they're less eye-bleedingly unfitting to the aesthetic of the entire rest of the game.
Your work keeps me going while I'm in the morning coding, so thank you Dr. Lord Goose. for the Q&A: Is there a reason why you avoided the Lycanite weapons/tools during the early days of the modpack? I always find them super useful. Also, have you ever played MTG? I think that the deck building, being comparable to a problem requiring a fix, and finding the right cards/mechanics to fix it, sounds similar to what you enjoy in these modpacks.
Q&A: Have you heard of Meatballcraft? It's an expert pack intended to be on roughly the same scale as GTNH, though not using GregTech, and with a very different design philosophy in terms of expert-ness -- it's not about grinding out materials and microcrafting hell, and resource acquisition itself is very easy. The challenge mainly comes in creating large automation chains, all of which can be done in various different ways -- based on your alst Q&A and the question about factorio, it seems definitely up your alley if you ever decide to do something less grindy.
Man you really ran a-(water)fowl of the law in this one eh goose? As someone who has played a most likely detrimental amount of Scape and Run Parasites in hardcore mode, I have 2 tips on how to not speedrun death: don't get hit by anything that does corrosion, as it will quickly lower your armors durability to 10% of the total, and NEVER get hit while under the status viral, as it will multiply incoming damage many times over, to the point of not only killing but vastly overkilling if applied at level 3 (but level 1 is no joke ether), so stay far away from the flying Vermin that drop Gnats (that apply level 3 viral on contact) and any contact with green tinted eldrich abominations.

In one of the early episodes of this RL craft series Mr. Goose mentioned some hundreds of previous failed attempts, the exact number of which I have forgotten and am too lazy to double check. Love the vids, your dry humor and straightforward narration style can't be beat. What kind of future series have you thought about? Do you plan on sticking to modded minecraft or branching out? I would love to see Noita content, it seems up your alley.
Q&A will you play something else then minecraft in the future? if so can you play stardew valley, would love to see you own a farm that doesnt produce a billion eggplants :)
From other videos I can tell you are some kind of programmer. What Is your job and education? Also do you have some advice for young programmers? I understand If these questions are too personal but I am very curious about how you became the person you are. P.S. Thank you Mrs. Bird for convincing our Mr.Goose to do these QnA videos.
for the Q&A This isn't a Minecraft session, but since but since you seem like the type of avian creature that loves to overprepare his gear, and use weapons and potions of mass destruction in the face of things no goose should logically be facing, have you thought about play Terraria? Specifically modded Terraria, since their weapons are usually the ones that go from "a little ridiculous" to "im not aiming, god is; and he really hates every pixel you're made of".
Q&A: Are you seeing the similarities between RL craft and Terraria; would you consider playing Terraria modded or unmodded? Also how is your unique food eating going in Greg Tech?
Q&A: 1. How do you come up with the jokes? While playing or while writing the script? 2. Are the lost cities enemies really this powerful? Because this seems like overpreparing.
Really nice videos. Always fun and enjoyable . Q&A: first, are there other modpacks you consider playing and uploading? If yes, which ones? Second: How long did it take you(in hours) from world 1 up to the point now?
As a followup to the Factorio question from the last Q&A, I'm curious on your opinions on these games. I feel they break the mold of "Problem > Given Solution > Annoying Implementation" that you said most other automation games have. - Shapez I/O - Oxygen Not Included - Anything from Zachtronics (Opus Magnum, EXAPUNKS, InfiniFactory, etc)
Two questions for the Q&A Do you have any youtubers you look up to/take inspiration from? Have you considered running up events? If cost is an issue, im sure people (and me) would be willing to subsidize some or all of events.
Question for the QnA: Do you have any plans for another series/ challenge run along GTNH after RLCraft is done? Or do you plan on focusing solely on GTNH after you beat RLCraft?
Hello Goose, been loving your videos ever since I randomly found the GregTech series in the middle of LV. I had two questions for you Why didn't you bother with Lycanite's summons or mounts for the earlygame? Did something happen to those mechanics in an RLCraft update? Or do you just not bother with them for your particular way of cheese. And now that this series is apparently officially over, can you give anything about what the next secondary series will be for this channel?
Sad that this series might end by only the seventh episode, but it's better than dying right before winning I guess. Also I found out you rarely if ever used a grapple hook. I don't play Rlcraft so IDK if it's actually that useful but I would like to know. thanks!
Question for the next QnA: Will you stick to mostly challenge runs in the future, or do you plan to do any packs vanilla? (Dont need specifics just a general idea of your vision for the channel's future)

- Shapez I/O
- Oxygen Not Included
- Anything from Zachtronics (Opus Magnum, EXAPUNKS, InfiniFactory, etc)
Two questions for the Q&A
Do you have any youtubers you look up to/take inspiration from?
Have you considered running up events? If cost is an issue, im sure people (and me) would be willing to subsidize some or all of events.
28:13 "it's also the ONLY breeding mechanic in the game, so it makes sense that i plowed face-first into it"
Question for the QnA:
Do you have any plans for another series/ challenge run along GTNH after RLCraft is done? Or do you plan on focusing solely on GTNH after you beat RLCraft?
Im So glad goose is back I was so so bored :D
Hello Goose, been loving your videos ever since I randomly found the GregTech series in the middle of LV. I had two questions for you
Why didn't you bother with Lycanite's summons or mounts for the earlygame? Did something happen to those mechanics in an RLCraft update? Or do you just not bother with them for your particular way of cheese.
And now that this series is apparently officially over, can you give anything about what the next secondary series will be for this channel?
Sad that this series might end by only the seventh episode, but it's better than dying right before winning I guess.
Also I found out you rarely if ever used a grapple hook. I don't play Rlcraft so IDK if it's actually that useful but I would like to know. thanks!
hi goose!, loving the series!, but hate how it will end soon, my question what next series will you tackle next?.
Those EHP numbers are getting to Warframe levels goddamn
the dycothomy of RLcraft, you either die 20 times or you become god, there is no in between
Question for the next QnA: Will you stick to mostly challenge runs in the future, or do you plan to do any packs vanilla? (Dont need specifics just a general idea of your vision for the channel's future)
This is so peak holy crap, keep cooking 🙏
LETS GOOO NEW GOOSE UPLOAD MY
