Long live Kenya government for giving the Shona people Kenyan Citizenship. New dawn for them. Let us welcome them in growing the economy of our country.

I've never seen or met a Shona man in my my entire lifetime. I take this opportunity to officially welcome them into our Kenyan family. If they want to know more about Kenya they can refer from Mejja's hit song "Karibu KENYA"

We give citizenship to a tribe whose original home is miles away from Kenya but we arrest our immediate neighbors Ethiopians and Eretrians for being in Kenya 'illegaly'

@@benardaremo7270 I think as long as they don't pose a terrorism threat(which Ethiopians are not known for), they are free to visit, live and do business while observing Kenyan laws

You have failed completely with your haste and casual observation. This Shona people are third or fourth generation in Kenya, their parents or grandparents are ones who came to Kenya to preach, this are their offsprings born and dred in Kenya, they are Kenyans, have never been to Zimbabwe where their grandparents came from, only that they have kept their tradition alive.

@@davismate6999 If they were born in Kenya then they are legally Kenyan citizens. They obtained their citizenship status by birth. Whoever discriminated them by denying them birth certificates, ID cards, bursaries etc acted against the law. Kenyan Citizenship status can be obtained either by birth, naturalization or by marriage

@@kamsco5711 discrimination is real in Kenya, should have been citizens long time ago, i know this people and i know first hand what they have faced, as soon as they mention their names discrimination starts there, remember even my father had rental property in place where they live and had instructions back then that under no circumstances should they be rented his property.
