@@PeacebobYT yea I don't blame him, deadlock has funding and a dev team to back it up, and time in there side, smite 2 is a rushed product smite veterans like myself with 5+ years in it left it for deadlock and I have no regrets at all, deadlock is 10x the game smite 2 will ever be sorry to say it.
More SMITE will be appreciated though, for sure. Even if it means I gotta go to a new channel. Smite two was the perfect time for smite to reaquire the third person moba crown as a long time smite player I was honestly devastated it really seems like just a way to get players money a 2nd time imo the changes are significant enough. Deadlock shits all over smite 2
The more you watch and play Deadlock the more you get used to the visual and can tell what is what. Imo smite 2 looks like a game that would have come out 15 years ago
after playing dl for 500 hours and getting decent at most characters, i find it pretty easy to watch. if anything its easier to watch than play cause i already know mast will be calm and not panicking like myself sometimes lol

I played 2 bot matches of dl and then went to real games and i was so hooked and got all my friends on it. 500 hours laters and my friends being ascendent players while im stuck in phantom and i cannot watch smite seriously anymore. kind of feel bad i bought the smite 2 pass or whatever, even if it is a great deal. I genuinely dont see myself going back.
I love seeing the Smite content! When you switched I tried to keep watching regularly with the Deadlock content but it just isn’t for me. But I am glad you found another game to work with because you were getting burned out of Smite. And I think you taking the time off has helped you enjoy the game again. So honestly if you split time between a couple games I think it would be great for you and your viewer base!
Not that it makes a huge difference but I’m pretty sure they are experimenting with servers in multiple regions of US. There’s not an option to pick which region but they for sure have east AND central servers that you get sent to. Pretty sure there’s a west but not positive.

I don't play solo, I don't play Thor but man, if Mast posts a Smite 2 video I HAVE to watch. Btw, since you asked for god/builds requests, I have this Athena jungle build I'm trying to get everyone to play because I find it so much fun: Bumba's Hammer Book of Thoth Transcendence Polynomicon Hydra's Obsidian Shard Rod of Tahuti This is a reach build, so it's mandatory to use reach between every ability. This build actually oneshots with just 2-reach-3-reach late game but its two major weaknesses are the early game (before you get the items stacked and poly+hydras) and the cooldown. If you survive those problems, you'll be a walking menace late game. It'd be so fun to see you play it!
Hercules's new passive and that active item you got that gives you 20% strength, when used together makes him like almost twice as tall as everyone in the game. Its hilarious and an auto buy whenever I play Hercules for that alone.

I'm not sold on the idea that good luck is the future. That said not sure about Smite 2 right now. The game is definitely getting better and better but who knows. Also I would say that the teleports aren't copying deadlock if you think about it it's just teleport to Tower The Relic

Mast I think you might have Deadlock brain rot brotha lol. They implemented the teleport portals to replace the teleport relic from Smite 1 and they just put them in each lane so no one felt left out.

I still think towerdiving at level 2 should not be possible without dying. Its just dumb how sometimes u get 4 man dived right off the bat and tower shoots out 8 shots and no one dies appart from the dude at 80% hp getting dived- so sure as it may be fun to kill a 1 hp dude which it is, i think in general the build up of the damage is pathetic on towers and should be a source of defensive help especially through early game. And tier 2 on Mid game and phoenix should always be a threat which is why ancient fury exists in the first place.

Just a heads up for the algorithm. I stopped watching when you switched to deadlock. Smites always been a 2nd screen video for me because I understood it. I know the gods the items the map. Deadlock I didnt so I stopped watching/listening Havnt had a single deadlock video come up in my feed from you but both these videos have been at the top of my recommended feed. Maybe a 2nd channel is for the best
