Hey girl hey!! Ty lol you so funny! I have not heard of the witch hazel for primer. Now a tint is more so to blend into your skin and look like skin. A foundation is more of a full coverage like if have any scars or marks want to cover up. Tints or normally used in the summer time so I would try that one first. Girl you go be fine you got this hope that helps!!!
And the which hazel is more of a toner to even out your complexion. But it dried out my skin so I never like that. But it can’t hurt to try. I know the tint go be pretty on you now run and buy it lol
