- There are still some wonderful antique shops in the suburbs of London. It was an area I had never been to before, but I was able to find many classic, rare, and very old items in good condition and at low prices.
I wanted to introduce as many wonderful antique products as possible, so this is a long post, so please read until the end.

Chocolate mousse
6 (dessert glasses) to 12 (demitasse cups)
・Chocolate (70% cacao)-100g
・Egg yolk---2 pieces
・Egg white---4 pieces
・Granulated sugar-40g
・Double cream (high-fat cream)-60g
1. Break up the chocolate, put it in a heat-resistant bowl, and microwave it (800w) for about 1 minute and 20 to 30 seconds. Take it out when a few lumps remain and stir to melt the chocolate.
2. Warm the double cream in the microwave (800w) for about 40 seconds, then add it little by little to the chocolate bowl and mix. Add the beaten egg yolk and mix.
3. Place the egg whites in a separate bowl and start whisking. Add granulated sugar in 2-3 times to make a firm meringue.
4. Add the whipped meringue to the bowl from step 2 in about 3 portions, stirring with a whisk each time. For the third and final time, mix with a rubber spatula to avoid crushing the bubbles. Pour into the prepared molds and tap the bottom to remove air. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours and it's ready to eat. Since it contains raw eggs, please eat it up the next day.
